This class is for all levels. We will be talking about how you can learn to work with energy to bring balance to your life.

Have you ever felt something unexplainable? Do you carry the weight of others energy around with you like a 100 lb weight? Do you know something is off, but you can’t put your finger on it?

This class will help walk you through to understand what energy is. How you can work with it, and learn how to protect yourself. You will learn different techniques to be able to SHIFT the energy to help bring balance to yourself and those who ask for guidance.

Let me help walk you through steps, tips, tricks, and all the things that have to do with energy.
